Annie Seay serves as counsel for entities and individuals, spanning the areas of business, construction, copyright, and trademark litigation. In addition to representing clients in complex disputes, Annie serves as outside counsel for entities across a wide range of industries, providing practical, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s operational and legal needs and helping clients protect their interests and manage risk at every stage of a decision.
