
Overview
Sam Mullman assists clients with all aspects of litigation in disputes involving real estate, construction, contracts, breach of fiduciary duties, business divorces, restrictive covenants and trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters. Sam has litigated in federal and state courts across the country as well as several arbitration tribunals on both coasts. Sam is a member of the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance, the United States Intellectual Property Alliance, and the Bleckley Inn of Court.

Sam also serves as outside general counsel to several businesses giving day-to-day legal advice in various industries. His litigation experience and eye for detail gives entities risk assessment and foresight into everyday concerns to ensure that his clients are able to stay in the boardroom instead of the courtroom.
Experience
Sam was previously a litigation associate at an AMLAW 100 firm in the intelllectual property group. Prior to founding his own firm, he was a partner at a boutique litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

Co-authored the amicus brief written for the International Trademark Association in the Booking.com B.V. case before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Won trial in DeKalb County on behalf of property owner against general contractor obtaining all damages sought and attorney's fees.

Won trial defending contractor in negligent construction matter in Fulton County.

Obtained $1.4 million+ judgment in contested breach of fiduciary duty and fraudulent conveyance matter between former business partners.

Won arbitration on behalf of shopping center against neighboring property owner related to a contractual dispute of a storm drain easement agreement. ​

Obtained early dismissal on motion to dismiss in defense of trademark infringement matter in Northern District of Georgia.
